3. Cancellation by Student
3.1 No Refund on Cancellation
If you cancel your enrollment for any reason:
- No refund will be provided, regardless of when you cancel
- Fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable
- You will not be eligible for any credit or compensation
3.2 Partial Attendance
If you stop attending classes or withdraw from the course:
- No refund will be provided for unused classes or materials
- You will not receive a prorated refund

4. Cancellation by PLC Training Chennai
4.1 Course Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel a course due to:
- Insufficient enrollment
- Trainer unavailability
- Technical or facility issues
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
4.2 Course Transfer Only
If we cancel a course, you will have the option to:
- Transfer to the next available batch at no additional cost, OR
- Transfer to another course of equal or lesser value
Note: Refunds will not be provided even if we cancel the course. You may only transfer to another batch or course.
5. Non-Refundable Items
All fees and materials are non-refundable, including:
- Course registration fees
- Tuition fees
- Course materials (books, kits, software licenses)
- Certification fees
- Lab equipment or consumables
- Special workshop or seminar fees
- Any other fees paid to PLC Training Chennai
6. Course Transfer Option
6.1 Transfer to Another Batch
Instead of cancellation, you may request to transfer to a future batch under the following conditions:
- Transfer request must be made before the course starts
- Transfer fee of ₹2,000 applies
- Valid for one transfer only
- Must be used within 6 months of original enrollment
- Subject to seat availability in the new batch
- No refund if you don't attend the transferred batch
6.2 Transfer Limitations
- Only one transfer is permitted per enrollment
- Transfer is not available after the course has started
- Transfer fee is non-refundable
- Cannot transfer to a different course (same course only)
7. Placement Assistance - No Refund
Important Notice:
Placement assistance is a complimentary service and does NOT guarantee employment. No refunds will be provided based on:
- Not receiving a job offer
- Salary expectations not being met
- Job location preferences
- Company preferences
- Time taken to secure employment
- Quality or type of job offers received
